We’re happy to make changes if your order hasn’t yet been processed. Please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with your requested changes.
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, cancellations or changes cannot be made once we’ve started processing your order.
For personalised items, we aim to complete orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy seasons, this may take up to 10 working days.
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up or shipped with tracking information.
Unfortunately, once we’ve started making your order, we cannot cancel it. If you need help, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
No — we currently ship to Malta and Gozo only.
We offer three convenient options:
Pick-up by appointment (free — we’ll contact you to arrange a time)
Maltapost Courier Service — €5 (free on orders €60+)
Easipik Locker Service — €3.50 (free on orders €50+)
We’ll email you when your order is ready for pick-up or send tracking details for delivery, depending on what you selected at checkout.
