For personalised items, we aim to complete orders by 7 business days (Weekends and Public Holidays not included). However, during busy periods, it may take us 10 working days for orders to be completed. Once your order is ready, you shall receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection or you will receive tracking details for your order, depending on the delivery option selected upon ordering.

We would be happy to make changes to your order, please respond to your confirmation email as soon as possible with any necessary updates. Due to the handmade nature and personalisation of our products cancellations cannot be requested once we have started to process your order.
