We’re happy to make changes if your order hasn’t yet been processed. Please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with your requested changes.

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, cancellations or changes cannot be made once we’ve started processing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.

Unfortunately, once we’ve started making your order, we cannot cancel it. If you need help, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Personalized items are typically ready within 10 business days. For non-personalised items, please allow 2-3 wordking days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If you need a faster turnaround, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

Yes! Collect your planner from our workshop at Triq Dun Xand Cortis, Birkirkara, Malta.

We do not have a physical shop, so collection is by appointment only once your order is ready.
