ORDER PROCESSING
Thank you for choosing Handworxs! Once you place your order, we process it with care and efficiency. Personalized orders typically take up to 10 business days to complete, though we aim to finish each order as soon as it comes in. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary, but we’ll always keep you informed.
If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Revolut, and BOV Mobile for a smooth checkout experience.
PACKAGING
Your planners are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

Wrapped in specialty cardboard and placed inside sturdy waterproof bags.

Multiple Items: packed thoughtfully together for convenience.
PICK UP
Prefer to collect your order in person? You’re welcome to pick up your planner from our workshop at:
Triq Dun Xand Cortis, Birkirkara, Malta
Please note that we do not have a physical shop, so collection is by appointment only once your order is ready. Contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local Delivery (Malta & Gozo)
We deliver all planners locally using MaltaPost, offering two convenient options:

Courier Service: €6.00 — secure delivery with signature required.

Easipik Locker: €4.50 — pick up your planner at a nearby locker at your convenience.
All parcels are tracked for peace of mind. If a delivery attempt is missed (for courier), a notification will be left so you can collect your planner from your nearest post office.
EUROPE & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Currently, we are delighted to offer shipping within Malta and Gozo only. We hope to expand to worldwide shipping in the future, so stay tuned!
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
RETURNS
As our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue due to our fault, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.
