SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

Thank you for choosing us! Once you place an order, we'll get right to work processing it with care and efficiency. Our goal is to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. For personalized orders, the processing time is typically 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, this timeframe may vary, but we'll always keep you informed.

PAYMENTS

To make your shopping experience convenient, we accept payments from all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Revolut, and BOV Mobile.

PACKAGING 

We want your items to arrive in perfect condition. That's why our greeting cards are delicately packaged in a cellophane wrapper and then secured in a protective cardboard wrapping. Planners are also carefully wrapped in speciality cardboard and placed inside sturdy waterproof bags. If your order includes multiple items, rest assured they'll be thoughtfully packed together, so you receive them all at once.

PICK UP

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you're more than welcome to do so from our workshop at 18, Triq Dun Xand Cortis, Birkirkara. Please note that we don't have a physical shop, so it's essential to get in touch once you receive a notification that your order is complete, so we can arrange a convenient time for you to pick it up.

LOCAL DELIVERY

For our local customers in Malta and Gozo, we offer two shipping options:

  1. Greeting Cards: We provide a registered post option for our greeting cards at a cost of €3.50. This ensures secure and tracked delivery to your doorstep, giving you peace of mind.

  2. Planners: To deliver your planners safely and swiftly, we use a reliable courier service, which comes with a shipping cost of €6.00.

 

Please note that all parcels are carefully tracked, and a signature is required upon delivery. In case you miss the delivery, a notification note will be left, and you can collect your order from your nearest post office.

 

We aim to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. If you have any questions or special requests regarding the delivery, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you. 

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Currently, we are delighted to offer shipping within Malta and Europe only. We hope to expand to worldwide shipping in the future, so stay tuned!

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

RETURNS

As our products are personalized with great care, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's a problem that arises due to our own fault, we'll gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please do get in touch if you encounter any issues, and we'll do our best to assist you.
