Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

LOCAL DELIVERY (Malta)

We offer both pick-up and delivery options in Malta.
 

  • Pick-Ups
    The pick-up location is Birkirkara. You will be advised of the pick-up information once you complete your order.
     

  • Delivery

We ship all our orders via registered post with MaltaPost. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your order. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered.

  • Packaging

 

Our greeting cards are packaged in a cellophane wrapper and will be delivered in cardboard wrapping to protect the parcel from damage. If your order will contain multiple items, these will be packed together so that you'll receive them at the same time.

​

Planners are also wrapped in specialty cardboard to protect from damage and packaged in a cardboard box.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to all our products being personalized, items cannot be returned. We can only offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by refund or a replacement.
 
We cannot be held responsible if we have been given incorrect details or misspelled names. We take information directly from the text you add on the product page or the message you send us.
