PROCESSING TIMES
Every Handworxs product is carefully printed, assembled, personalised, and hand-finished in Malta.
As a small business, we do not mass-produce our planners. Most orders are prepared specifically for each customer, which means processing times may vary depending on the season and order volume.
Current processing time: Up to 10–12 working days during busy periods.
If your order is needed for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Information
We currently deliver within Malta and Gozo only.
Orders are dispatched once production is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on the service selected at checkout. We work with Maltapost Courier and Maltapost Easipik services to deliver your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your package is on its way together with the tracking number.
Please ensure that all delivery information provided during checkout is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

ORDER PICK
Prefer to collect your order in person? You’re welcome to pick up your planner from our workshop at:
Triq Dun Xand Cortis, Birkirkara, Malta
Please note that we do not have a physical shop, so collection is by appointment only once your order is ready. Contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Personalised Orders
Many of our products are personalised according to the information submitted at checkout.
Please double-check all names, dates, initials, subjects, and custom text before placing your order, as the information provided will be printed exactly as submitted.
If we notice an obvious issue with the personalisation details, we may contact you for clarification. However, we cannot guarantee that all errors will be identified before production.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or a production error has occurred.
For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging where possible

Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care when preparing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
