Terms and Conditions

General

By using www.handworxs.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products

Handworxs sells personalised stationery and related products.

Because many items are personalised, products may vary slightly from displayed examples.

Product Colours

Actual colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Mobile screens

  • Printing differences

  • Lighting conditions


Minor variations do not constitute defects.

Personalisation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before completing an order.

 

This includes:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Spellings

  • Initials

  • Custom Wording

Handworxs prints and creates products according to information submitted by the customer and cannot be held responsible for customer typing errors.

Proofs

  • Proofs or previews are not automatically supplied.

  • Proofs may be provided upon request where possible.

Order Changes

  • Orders may be changed only if work on the order has not yet started.

  • Once production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before work has started.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

Processing Times

Orders usually begin processing immediately.

During busy periods, processing may take up to 10 working days, excluding:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

  • Processing estimates do not include shipping times.

Shipping

Handworxs currently ships only within:

  • Malta

  • Gozo

Shipping is provided through MaltaPost Registered Post or Easipik Service by Maltapost

Collection from Birkirkara may be available by appointment (Pickup option availble at checkout)

Delivery Issues

If delivery problems occur, cases will be reviewed individually.

Where parcels are marked delivered but not received, Handworxs may investigate with MaltaPost.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of products:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable

  • Returns are not accepted for customer errors

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind

If an error or defect has occurred due to our mistake, customers should contact: info@handworxs.com

Issues should be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Damaged Products

Customers should inspect orders immediately after receipt and notify Handworxs of any issues via email.

Intellectual Property

All planner designs, layouts, images, graphics, product designs and website content remain the property of Handworxs.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or resold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Handworxs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use, order delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
